Machine time is always billed by your vendor at list price. We never mark it up. Our fee is sealed into every forecast before the first shot.

Your workload, one public machine, sealed forecast, run within 5 business days, head to head against the vendor default at and beyond the edge, signed report, certificate, 30 minutes with us. Guarantee: forecast missed, invoice void.

Audit · $15,000, 5 days

Founding price $9,900 for the first 5, with a citable reference.

Your own machine or premium instance, read: capacity per workload class, collapse points, calibration sensitivity, one archived workload harvested, management summary. Guarantee: report or refund.

Proof · $35,000 for one workload, $50,000 for up to three, 14 days

Founding price $25,000 and $35,000 for the first 3.

We call it. Then we beat it. Sealed before the first shot, head to head against the vendor stack, same machine, same window, every figure with an official job ID. Guarantee: if either part fails, the invoice is void.

Machine time is never inside a service price. It runs on your instance at your rate, or we pass it through at list price with a sealed cap.

How runs are priced

  1. 01

    Machine time at list price. IBM bills by the minute, Amazon Braket by task and shot. You pay your vendor exactly what you paid before. We never touch the machine price.

  2. 02

    Our fee, in the open. 35 % of the machine time, 20 % on Enterprise, sealed into the forecast next to the hash. It applies only when ROX arms run on real hardware. Simulator runs carry no fee. Where your machine's capacity is not the constraint, you run at list price with no fee at all.

  3. 03

    At the edge. Where ROX needs up to 3 times fewer shots for the same signal, you pay what the vendor default would have cost you for that signal, never more. We keep the shots you did not buy. After the run the factor is measured, and the fee can only go down.

  4. 04

    Beyond the edge. Where the default returns noise, our fee is due on a won result only.

Questions

What is a sealed run?

Before the first shot, ROX OS writes down what your job will deliver, on which machine, at which price, and seals it with a hash. After the run, the board shows forecast and measurement side by side, with the job ID. Anyone can recompute it.

Do I need my own IBM or Braket account?

For the simulator, no. For real hardware, yes: you connect your own instance and your vendor bills you at list price. Explorer seals 3 runs a month on your own instance for free.

What is the Welcome Run?

Your first run on a real quantum computer, paid by us, chosen from our record workloads, sealed, predicted, proven, with a certificate in your name. One per verified Heavy account.

What is the Called Shot of the Day?

Every day ROX OS predicts in public what a machine will carry, then runs and measures it. Forecast and measurement are shown side by side, hit or miss. Submit your own forecast, climb the leaderboard, keep the certificate.

What is the difference between Pro and Heavy?

Heavy is Pro times ten: 26 instead of 22 qubits, 100 instead of 25 simulator runs a day, 30,000 instead of 3,000 assistant messages, 200 GB instead of 20, 20,000 instead of 2,000 API calls a day, ten hardware jobs at a time instead of three, priority in every queue, daily instead of weekly fleet reports, unlimited HARVEST, private Called Shots, the Welcome Run, and a monthly office hour with us.

Do certificates expire?

Never. Seals, boards and certificates stay online for as long as ROX_Q exists. Raw counts are kept according to your plan and can be downloaded at any time.

What counts as a run?

One sealed job: plan, seal, execution, board. A run may contain several tasks and hundreds of thousands of shots.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Downgrade to Explorer and keep every seal and certificate.
